A coordinated approach.
Babaji Shivram managed supplier follow-up, quality checks and airfreight for the Ola Play project. Fragile screens were collected, labelled, segregated by destination and palletised at the Hong Kong airport warehouse.
The programme served Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru and Hyderabad, with clearance and delivery to screen-installation locations.
